1. What Spateam.in is

Spateam.in is an online listing and contact platform that helps spa and salon owners find therapists, managers, beauticians and housekeeping staff, and helps job seekers be found. We are not a placement agency, employer, employment contractor or guarantor.

We do not employ, supervise, train or control any candidate listed on the platform, and we are not a party to any employment agreement between a spa and a candidate.

2. No responsibility for either side

Spateam.in takes no responsibility for the conduct, claims, documents, qualifications, health, behaviour or performance of any spa owner or any job seeker.

Both sides must independently investigate and satisfy themselves before hiring or joining. Spa owners must verify identity, age, address, experience, certificates and police/background checks as required by law. Job seekers must verify the spa's registration, work conditions, salary terms, accommodation and safety before joining.

3. Unethical spas and unethical staff are not promoted

Spateam.in exists only for legitimate, licensed spa and salon work. We do not promote, list or support any spa, salon or staff involved in unethical, immoral or illegal activity of any kind.

Any account found requesting or offering such work is removed permanently without notice and without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

4. Staff misbehaviour, absconding and misconduct

If a candidate misbehaves, absconds, leaves without notice, damages property, steals, or breaches an employment agreement, it is a matter between the spa and that candidate. Spateam.in is not liable for any loss, cost, advance, joining bonus, travel expense or accommodation expense incurred by the spa.

We will, on written request, share the registration details we hold for that candidate so the spa can pursue its own remedy.

5. Illegal acts

Any illegal act by a spa owner or a job seeker is the sole responsibility of the person who committed it. Spateam.in will cooperate with a lawful authority request but accepts no liability for the act itself.

Using the platform to harass, traffic, coerce, or exploit any person is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent removal.

6. Owner-side issues

Non-payment of salary, unsafe premises, unsuitable accommodation, withheld documents, or unfair treatment by a spa owner is the sole responsibility of that owner. Spateam.in does not stand guarantee for any employer's payments or promises.

Job seekers should report such spas to us on WhatsApp so the listing can be reviewed and removed.

7. Incorrect or incomplete information

All profile, vacancy and contact data is supplied by users. Spateam.in does not warrant that any detail — name, age, experience, phone number, state, salary expectation or availability — is accurate, current or complete.

Submitting false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and leads to removal of the account without refund.

8. Online fraud and impersonation

Never pay money to any person claiming to represent Spateam.in. We never ask job seekers for money. Job seeker registration is and always will be 100% free.

Our only support number is +91-77960 66606 (WhatsApp only). Payments are accepted only through the payment link shown inside your logged-in account. Spateam.in is not liable for money paid to any third party, fake page, fake number or unauthorised person.

9. Payment gateway issues

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways and banks. Failed, delayed, duplicated or reversed transactions at the gateway or bank end are governed by that provider's terms.

If your payment was debited but access did not open, WhatsApp us your reference number and transaction/UTR number and we will verify and activate access. Refunds are governed by our no-refund policy.

10. Access window and data use

Purchased packs give access to unlocked candidate data for 15 days from activation. Contacts are for your own hiring use only. Reselling, scraping, bulk copying or sharing our data with any third party is prohibited and terminates your access without refund.

Unused contacts expire at the end of the access window and are not carried forward unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Spateam.in, its owners and its staff for any claim of any nature arising out of or connected with the platform is limited to Rs. 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand only).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of business, loss of profit, loss of reputation or loss of data.

12. Support, governing law and contact

Support is provided on WhatsApp only at +91-77960 66606, Mon to Sat : 10am to 6pm.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
