Refund policy

All payments made to Spateam.in for any pack (Trial, Pro or Enterprise) are final, non-refundable and non-transferable. The moment your payment is confirmed, digital access to our therapist database is activated and the service is treated as fully delivered.

We sell access to contact data and search tools. We do not sell a guarantee of hiring, joining, or retention of any candidate. A candidate not answering a call, not joining, or leaving after joining is not a ground for a refund.

No refund, part refund or credit note is issued for reasons including:

• Change of mind after buying a pack.
• Unused contacts left at the end of the 15 day access window.
• Candidate declining an offer, not joining, or resigning later.
• Salary, location or expectation mismatch between spa and candidate.
• Buying the wrong pack by mistake.
• Account shared with another person or another spa branch.

Duplicate payments made for the exact same reference number due to a technical error at the payment gateway are the only exception. Write to us on WhatsApp at +91-77960 66606 within 7 days with the transaction number and we will verify and return the duplicate amount to the original payment method.

Our total liability in any dispute, including payment disputes, is limited to Rs. 1,000 as stated in our terms and conditions.
